Wide-scale transcriptome profile alteration in liver and kidneys of Roundup-treated female rats. Liver and kidneys from control rats and animals receiving 0.1 ppb Roundup (50 ng/L glyphosate equivalent dilution) in drinking water were subjected to a full transcriptome microarray analysis. a PCA analysis of transcript cluster expression profiles shows a distinct separation into groups of treated (red) and control (green) rats in both kidney and liver samples.
